Happy Holidays!
I hope that everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday! I surely enjoyed all involved with this holiday. As is Baltimore tradition, the night before Thanksgiving was packed with anyone who went to a greater Baltimore area private school! Fabulous boyfriend and I decided to forgo the gigantic high school reunion and met up with a couple friends at a restaurant down the street from my parents. Not that we don't love to see people we haven't spoken to in years (or maybe even in high school) but we had an early morning on Thursday and it would have never been an early night.
6am came as my family sprung into Thanksgiving action. Most of the food was prepared either by Mumsie and I or by the Amish market. My mother is obsessed with any food that comes from the Amish, and I have to agree it is always amazing.

We got dressed and headed off to Turkey Bowl, the ultimate private school rivalry! Loyola Blakefield Dons took on the Calvert Hall College Cardinals (both of which I cheered for, seeing as family is Loyola and BF is CHC alum) at Raven's stadium downtown for the 91st annual game. Calvert Hall crushed the Dons and took home not only the Turkey Bowl trophy, but also the IAAM High school Championship.

After turkey bowl was over we rushed home to prepare our last minute food items. Our menu included: turkey, potatoes, squash, green beans, stuffed mushrooms, cranberry sauce, gravy, rolls and stuffing. Needless to say we had a ton of leftovers. BF and I then went to his aunt's for dessert and drinks. It was an absolutely fabulous holiday with family and friends.
I hope that everyone was able to be with their family and friends.
Tata!
